Contact & custom orders

Every custom piece starts with a message

The workshop makes each piece to order, so an unusual dimension is a normal way to begin a conversation, not a special request. Tell us what you are trying to fit, ask about a material, or check on an order: it all starts in the same place.

Your message

Write to the workshop

A few lines are enough to start. If you are after a custom size, include your dimensions; the more you tell us about the space, the fewer emails it takes.

Replies come by email, so double-check this one.

For custom pieces: dimensions in centimetres or inches, the fabric you have in mind, and how firm you like it. The live form also has fields for your country, desired dimensions, an inspiration link and a photo.

Honest note: this page is a design prototype and this form does not send anything, anywhere. For a real reply, email hello@homeofwool.com or use the live contact form.

How a custom order actually works

An artisan measuring fabric by hand on the cutting table in the Home of Wool atelier
  1. Measure your space

Width, length, height or depth: measure the spot the piece has to live in, down to the centimetre. Odd shapes count too, including wedges, corners and rounds.

  2. Tell us what you need

Send the dimensions plus anything that helps: fabric preference, firmness, an inspiration link or a photo of the space.

  3. We talk it through and quote

The team confirms the configuration and price with you by email before anything is cut. Customers describe being walked through the entire process.

  4. We make it by hand

Your piece joins the same line as every standard size: cut, filled, tufted and sewn in the Sofia atelier. Per the workshop's FAQ, smaller items take 4 to 6 business days to create and larger items 7 to 10, varying by a few days with workload.

  5. We ship it, tracked

As soon as your order ships you receive a tracking number by email, and you can follow the parcel anytime at homeofwool.aftership.com.

In a hurry?

The workshop can prioritise an order for completion within 3 business days, for a rush fee of 25% of the product price. Mention it in your message and the team will send you a rush-order link.
